job qualifications:

educational background:
. Preferably a graduate of bachelor of science in nursing, pt or any other healthcare related courses.
. (nursing fresh graduates and non-licensed graduates are considered).
. A graduate of other fields like mass communication, marketing and other fields (willing to work in a health care related industry) are welcome to apply.

Work experience/skills:
. With previous medical experience is an advantage but not required.
. Should possess a profound clinical knowledge.
. Excellent english communication and interpersonal skills.
. Proficient in ms office operations and the internet.

Basic job description:
. Serves as a back-office support to parent company that is based in san diego, california usa, particularly catering to home health and hospice care.
. Acts a liaison officer between the parent company in relation to patient care and other home health/hospice related services.
. Monitor patient’s overall status from referral to admission and until the patient is discharged from the home health or hospice services.
. Quality audits of patient’s assessments and charting.
Ensure accurate and timely home health and hospice documentation.
. Provide technical support to counterparts specifically in using electronic medical records and accurate clinical documentation.
