Customer Service Officer- Mandaluyong City

 -Graduate of any four-year course/field.

-At least 3yrs experience in either of the following fields: Sales-field key account management or purchasing-logistics and one-year customer service office support.

-Customer service-driven and results oriented

-Strong written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills

-Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company

-Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint

-Intermediate arithmetic skills or ability to analyze sales numbers.

-Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications

-Ability to interact effectively with others

-Telemarketing skills

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-People person

-Willing to learn

-Must be passionate and diligent

-Go-getter with make it happen attitude

-Attention to details

-Easy to train and innovative

-Can work with minimum supervision

-Available for immediate employment
