Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/Degree, any field
• At least 1 year of working experience in Property/Real Estate
• Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City
• Full-time position is available
• Willing to start immediately


Specific Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepared buyer’s individual folder
• Filling of all requirements submitted by the buyer
• Ensures buyer’s record are properly filed – contracts, requirements, request
• In-charge of contract preparation such as CTS and DOAS – collation of documents/annexes
• Monitors and follow-up documents and contracts
• Provide aftersales services, in relation to status of their account and request such as transfer of right/units, lots, redocumentation and others
• Assist sellers on their inquiry on status of their sales and requirements follow-up
